Dispatch Resource Management  One-Day Course

NOTE:  The course outline below is only an example of how SAFERJETT will facilitate your program.  SAFERJETT will provide the course modules that you and the steering committee from SAFERJETT have agreed upon.  All the times can be altered to concentrate training on areas of concern for individual clients. However for the DRM one-day seminar, application and training are much different from the aviation modules.  It is a broad course, but touches on very important issues for all dispatchers.  This course is FAA Part 142 approved.  This is a footprint of that course which is also the course offered by our partners at Jeppesen.  Contact us toll-free at 1-866-762-7838 for further information.

PURPOSE OF HUMAN FACTORS TRAINING:

The purpose of Human Factors Training is to maximize safety by minimizing the occurrence of accidents and incidents caused by human error.  There will always be inherent threats and opportunities for error in every work sector.   Individuals must be proficient in both technical skills and Threat and Error Management (TEM).   Increased performance and safety rely on total implementation and “buy-in”
